It's about time. Riot Games has announced League of Legends: Wild Rift and it's coming to mobile (and consoles) in 2020. Freshly built from the ground up for mobiles, the MOBA will feature the iconic Summoner's Rift map and 40 champions from the game's roster. Here's the sizzle reel:

Does this mean tapos na ang maliligayang araw for Mobile Legends? ML has been around since 2016, but only the most blinded fanatic would deny that isn't anything but a ripoff mobile version of LOL which debuted in 2009. Which was also inspired by 2003's Defense of the Ancients but at least has a visual identity of its own (more or less) versus the edgy Dotaboys look.

We don't even know who's copying who anymore

Now that the real thing is here and FREE, is there any reason to stick to Mobile Legends anymore? Maybe if you've got a Mythic rank going on, meanwhile Elite sad boys would probably appreciate the opportunity for a fresh start. If the recent Call of Duty Mobile's 100 million downloads is any indicator though, you're probably going to have to re-add your friends in a new game come 2020.
