1. Cam Lagmay

Apart from being a fitness buff, Lagmay is also very involved in the collegiate sports scene. You’ve probably seen her host fitness and sports events like the UAAP Cheer Dance Competitions. Lagmay was actually the former captain of the UP Pep Squad a few years back so she pretty much made a full circle. Now she’s part of an all-girl trainer group called Girl Grit Gang that specializes in making fitness plans for women.

2. Ida Paras

Paras is also a member of the Girl Grit Gang but her specialties mostly have to do with strength and muscle building. She’s an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer, one of the most respected institutions in the industry so you know she knows her stuff. And if any of you still have any crazy ideas like messing with her, you should probably know she also does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

3. Bubbles Paraiso

You probably already know her from different TV and movie projects like Pangako Sa’yo and Sid and Aya, but unless you follow her Instagram (which you should btw), you probably haven’t heard of her many accomplishments, which include finishing triathlons and becoming a certified ashtanga vinyasa (yoga teacher for the less cultured).

4. Sel Guevara

If you’ve been watching the PBA and the MPBL, you may have noticed that this courtside reporter has gotten pretty ripped this past year. Guevara has really gotten into body building and her fitness journey is just inspiring and her IG posts are well… you can see for yourself.

5. Julia Sucgang

Sucgang is a transformation coach, which was a title we were honestly not familiar with until we read more about it on her page. While fitness and exercise is a huge part of her work, Sucgang promotes a more holistic transformation that also considers your nutrition and mental health. Sucgang promotes healthy food brands and regularly does vlogs about how to deal with anxiety and depression called #ExtraRiseMNL.
