1. Peaches

Peaches are delicious and can be eaten all day long at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and especially at dessert.  Peaches "have high water content, are rich in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and can even made into smoothies for people on-the-go," says Sucgang. Just be careful of the ones that come in a can with simple syrup because those can be loaded with sugar.

2. Strawberries

While peaches can be somewhat hard to come by,  strawberries are available at most supermarkets and local markets in provinces located at high altitudes. They have the same versatility when it comes to incorporating them into your favorite dishes and also pretty much have the same nutritional value.

3. Homemade salad wraps

Salad wraps are a godsend for people who are too busy to sit down and eat lunch or those people who want to have healthy snacks after working out. Salad wraps containing vegetables like "celery, lettuce, and bell peppers are all rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which contribute to strengthening the immune system. Tomatoes which are considered both a fruit and a vegetable also give off the same benefits," Sucgang says.

4. Coconut Water

For people who just can't stand how "plain" water tastes like, there are other healthy alternatives to drink out there so don’t go reaching for that soda can just yet. "Coconut water hydrates you and can also serve as a great exercise recovery drink due to its electrolyte content.," Sucgang says.

5. Cucumber

Cucumbers can be partnered with a lot of different food to cleanse your palate. It has a lot of water content as well, so you can eat it as a snack on its own while you're working (if you're allowed to eat at your desk that is). You can also mix it in with water as long as you take out the seeds first.

BONUS: Cottage cheese

Cottage cheese is a go-to fatty protein source for most people who workout. It "helps curb hunger and promotes bone marrow health and brain health. It also goes well with most of the food items on this list!" Sucgang recommends.
