Javelona finished with a double-double with 22 points and 10 assists including a timely trey to ward off a surging Binan. Custodio was steady with 16 points and 9 rebounds to help Bacolod's cause. Bacolod is now in 10th place and is just half a game behind Cebu City.

The boys of Bataan were on fire from long distance with Byron Villarias leading the charge. Villarias hit a blazing 6-of-8 from behind the arc and finished with 23 points. Teammate Anton Asistio was not far behind with a perfect 5-for-5 from three point land. Alvin Pasaol added 14 markers of his own while Alfred Batino contributed a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds to the decisive win.
