While traditional sports may be struggling for budget and support in the country, our various esports organizations are thriving! And it showed in the recently concluded SEA Games test event at the Flying V arena in San Juan.

In Tekken 7, we bagged gold while Indonesia got silver, and Malaysia settled for bronze. Andreij "Doujin" Albar won and not his prodigious team mate, Alexandre "AK" Laverez, which shows we have some depth going on in our team–nice!

In MLBB, the boys took home first, followed by Indonesia, then Thailand. And, finally, in Dota 2 we again grabbed the top spot followed by Malaysia and Thailand. So while other countries love to mock us as "Peenoise" in MOBA's, this test event says otherwisee and winning the actual thing would give our gamers a nice comeback. Let's get it SIBOL!

The real esports portion of the SEA Games happens on December 5 to 10, so get your support ready for then!
