1. McDonalds

Never underestimate black and white. In a sea of brightly colored fastfood outfits, McDo’s restrained uniform sets it apart. Fastfood joints can feel too colorful at times, so we’re on board with the whole “refined” look they’ve been working on. The neckscarves are a nice touch too.

2. KFC

Brown or khaki isn’t easy to wear as a top, but their alternate reds and those contrasting baseball caps are quality fits. Goblin fans will also remember that Gong Yoo lookalike guy making the rig look decent af.

3. Lawson

Just like McDonalds, Lawson’s blue outfits stand out in a sea of orange and red (and brown) uniforms. As if their funky stripes didn’t make them stand out already. Lawson’s design also wins in a unique niche: the typography game is strong with this one.

4. PAL (Philippine Airlines)

The OG of stylish is none other than a flight attendant’s uniform. And when considering our local carriers, the country’s flagship still does it best, like, compared to a certain yellow airline with their garish attire. You can basically call it a suit, which just further proves that having a suit as a uniform isn’t bad at all.

5. Uniqlo

While a lot of us go to work in what could be called Uniqlo uniforms (we can’t resist going head to toe in their stuff sometimes) the Japanese retailer’s chirpy assistants are usually clad in simple all black for their actual workwear–functionality and form. But they also break out special items every once in a while like these funky patterned kimonos.
