According to comments, the driver in this GTA-esque video committed a hit-and-run on three people and fled a responding police mobile—too bad the criminal's map knowledge was lacking as he drove into a dead-end area. Shortly before this video by netizen Ressiel Salinas, he proceeded to steamroll the parked vehicles in another attempt to escape. Which didn't end nicely as you'll see.
