Summer is almost over and you still haven't found a summer fling? Facebook finally rolled out Facebook Dating earlier this month to help you get there (maybe) and after a few hours with it, we feel like we're ready to compare it with the two frontrunners in dating apps—Tinder and Bumble—in a handy Venn diagram of the common things we saw again and again.

Tinder

Tinder is the app that started it all, but it does feel like a bit of a wasteland at times since the novelty has worn off long ago. It's still the most mindless to use app though, which makes it useful for whiling away your time—alone.

Bumble

Bumble used to be locked to the sosyal iOS-crowd, which was a selling point in itself tbh, but it has recently opened up to support Android users, too. No need for APK's anymore boys! The "women must chat first" is the defining feature of Bumble, which at least spares you the pain from repeatedly sending "hi" or "hey" into the digital ether.

Facebook Dating

Facebook's interface feels clunky but it does have one trick up its sleeve: Secret Crush. You select friends to put in your secret list of desires and they'll be notified that someone has a Secret Crush on them—but not who. If said friend puts you in their list though, all will be revealed and hopefully you get a happy ever after. Realistically, we feel like you'll end up taking your Secret Crushes to the grave but let's believe in the power of love :(
