Jusko para yun lang nagpanic na kayo agad! This was our sentiment on December 10 when for some reason Facebook messenger and Instagram news feed went down. It’s fixed now and doesn’t seem to be a major cause for concern, but D-day (down day) was different. According to news reports, apart from Manila, outages were reported in Singapore, Bangladesh, Poland and Hungary. The hashtag #MessengerDown trended on Twitter (which, obviously, was working well) with a lot of concerns and, with Pinoys being Pinoys, potshots and hugot. We did some usyoso and here’s what we got:
