1. Cash N Guns 2nd Edition

Number of players: Eight

In Cash n Guns 2nd Edition, you and your friends are bank robbers who have successfully pulled off a heist. Now there is one thing left to resolve: how to distribute the loot. As such, the game plays out as one epic Mexican standoff after another, with each player pointing a styrofoam gun at another bandit in hopes of them relinquishing their share of the loot for that round. It's a game that doesn't take itself too seriously and will definitely provide a lot of fun tension for the group.

2. Captain Sonar

Number of players: Eight

Best played with exactly eight people, Captain Sonar splits the players in opposing submarine crews. Each player takes on a different role: captain, first mate, radio operator, or engineer, each with a different task to focus on. The goal is to find the enemy sub and destroy it with your weapons. This is Battleship on steroids.

3. Dixit

Number of players: Six

Dixit is a very unique and fun game. Aside from giving you basic rules and scoring mechanics, how the game plays out rests entirely on the participants. Each player is given a set of cards with abstract illustrations on them. The round's current active player will utter a word, phrase, or an entire story that relates to one of his cards, which he will then put down. The other players also put down a card of their own based on what the active player said. All non-active players then vote on which card they think the active player put down. It's a quirky and whimsical game that can be enjoyed by absolutely anyone.

4. Deception: Murder in Hong Kong

Number of players: 12

Deception: Murder in Hong Kong is one of the best social deduction games you can buy. In the game, a designated forensic expert has to guide a group of investigators to the correct evidence and cause of death using random clues that the game provides. Unfortunately for the investigators, one of them is actually the murderer (another one is possibly the accomplice) and will try to mislead them. It's a game that gets everyone involved in a way that only a few games can.
