TULOY KAYA ANG GRAND TIKTOKAN SA GENERATION TIKTOK EVENT ON MARCH 28?

TikTok recently put out an invite for a grand event slated to happen on March 28 at SM North Edsa Skydome:

TikTok’s campaign was to get more people to download the app by getting people who were already in to invite who weren’t. Each successful referral got you one pass for the event. 

The real thrill in this event is the chance to see the stars of TikTok all together in one place. See, the appeal of TikTok is the emergence of otherwise normal people who somehow achieve overnight fame on the platform mostly just by doing silly things. It’s the new platform that’s turning online fame inside out. 

Problem is, with the recent concern over the rising cases of locally transmitted COVID-19, any huge event is sure to get the thumbs-down now. Sayang naman.
