In what seems like ages ago, Netflix released this trailer which triggered anime fans and weebs everywhere–at long last, Neon Genesis Evangelion was going to be available to be streamed. For the first time since we'd actually watch it on ABS-CBN or something!

Because if you didn't have a torrent of it, then you either saw it on a rare-ass original VCD/DVD or are lying. Here's the trailer to get hyped again because it's finally "Spring 2019" and it'll be hitting Netflix in June.

Death is the movie-fied version of the series for people who have no time to binge–but this is Netflix, so you probably don't need this take on it. Let's hope we get sub or dub options (which they cleverly hid from us by keeping the trailer VO-free) and that they don't cut out the weird stuff because...

SPOILER ALERT FOR A 22-YEAR OLD FILM??
