Late last week, a beach in California, USA was seemingly rained on by what looks like, well, thousands of penis.

They're actually marine spoon worms, about 10-inch and bulbous, much like a penis. Except for the 10-inch part, unless you're one of the lucky ones.

Seriously, the worms are believed to be stranded on the beach after a storm hit the area.

These are actually common in US Pacific coasts, and they can grow up to 19 inches. They usually live near the shore, and can be exposed once the tide is low. A storm surge could have left these worms on land. Experts say that this has happened before, and that there's nothing mysterious about the sudden appearance of these penises, I mean worms.
