Our hosting the 30th Southeast Asian Games is turning out to be a major disaster this early, if we are to go by the angry tweets trending on #SEAGamesfail:

But there was one particular detail about our SEA Games effort that really got us scratching our heads—Pami, the official mascot:

Mga adik ba kami or does Pami—shorthand for “pamilya” say the organizers—have an extra ear and an extra foot? Meron talaga eh, ayun o:

At ang pinakamalupit—walang mga braso't kamay bro! Look at it again.

Or could it be: may dalawang kamay si Pami pero hindi pantay at magkaiba ng kulay, blue and yellow, at meron siyang malaking bukol sa ulo na kulay blue.

Adik.

Guys who designed this…paano?! We're not even going to ask how in hell you were able to bunch together a handful of bubbles to come up with something alive.

One eagle-eyed netizen even tweeted that Pami walked like a drunk 70-year-old guy, and said netizen was pretty accurate in the description.

Look, we don’t know what kind of drugs the creatives of our SEA Games effort are taking—hoy kayo ang kausap namin, the people who made this logo, huwag kayong umiwas diyan tatamaan kayo !:

Whatever you’re having, huwag niyo kaming bigyan. Malamang talampunay yan. Very bad.
