How in hell could we have possibly missed her?! An VMX confession: we never got to add the first Miss Universe PH winner Rabiya Mateo on our shortlist of winners. Now we’re knocking ourselves in the head for overlooking the obvious. This only goes to show that while we pride ourselves in spotting the most beautiful women, there is still a lot to learn to be able to pick out one of beauty queen potential.
