Move your eyes up a little…there, on her left arm, a very tiny red heart.

It took a while for us to spot it because like you, our eyes were transfixed elsewhere. Before we lose all control, let us just put this out there: Yen, thank you very much for this photo. Suddenly, everything looked good in the world.

Now, back to the tattoo. Truth is, we’re not even sure if it is a tattoo. It could have been a friend who somehow had a red marker and decided to doodle as they were sipping cocktails by the beach for all we know. If it's marker ink then it should be erased by now.

But the little heart looks too perfect. We mean, not crude and smudged. It doesn’t look like the work of someone who’s had one too many piña coladas. It appears permanent.

If it is, then we can only guess that Yen is quite undecided to get into this tattoo game. After all, once it’s there, it’s there for keeps (there’s removal by surgery, but that’s more a hassle). Anyone who ever gets deep into tattoos will say that it becomes a lifelong obsession, but for a lot of women it really is more to put out a statement. We checked Pinterest for a couple of tattoo ideas for women and this is what we came up with:

A lot of our local celebrities have them, and they range from beautiful art to life maxims rendered in long script. Yen’s little red heart Is way behind the game. But to be fair to her, we would rather have Yen without tattoos because, well, she looks pure. And we don’t mean to put down women who choose to have tattoos—in the end it’s a personal statement.

If Yen decides to go beyond the little red heart, then we’re all for it. And might we suggest a perfect place to put it, based on the picture we’re all losing our minds over?
