We first wrote about Criselda Alvarez more than a year ago when we stumbled upon her on TikTok and IG. Here’s what we said about her: “Early on we knew we would be following her and watching her social media presence grow because here was a girl with such raw appeal as to be a diamond in the rough. There was something about her that spoke of quiet detachment that would make her perfect for hugot movies, kind of like the new Bela Padilla or Sue Ramirez.” Back then she had about a couple of thousand followers on IG and a little under 200k followers on TikTok. But now: 7 million on TikTok and 1.4 million followers on IG! Plus over half a million on YT. WOW! All these in a year! Criselda should be signing movie contracts now!
