Farah Ann Abdul Hadi  - Gymnastics-Artistic (Malaysia)

At the young age of 25, Farah Ann Abdul Hadi isn't new to winning SEA Games glory. She's already won 4 gold medals in the past two SEA games; two in SEA Games 2015 held in Singapore and two more in SEA Games 2017 held in 2017. It's also no surprise that she's one of Malaysia's favorite commercial models. We mean, just look at how elegant this gorgeous gymnast is!

Shannen Tan - Dancesport (Singapore)

This 18-year-old dance Singaporean cutie is one of Singapore's representative in three events in dancesport, specifically, Single Dance - Pasodoble ( B ), Single Dance - Jive ( B ), All Five Dances - S, C, R, P, J ( B ), in which we'd like to congratulate her on since she won bronze in Pasadoble (B)! She also has a dance troupe called O School, which primarily dances to hiphop. Expecting a lot from this young, talented, and beautiful girl in her next SEA Games appearances!

Sherilyn Yang - Squash (Singapore)

You can really tell how hard these athletes train for their sport by how rocking their figure look. All the time Sherilyn Yang has spent training and playing her sport squash really shows.

Squats + squash =

She's already won gold in her last SEA Games appearance, along with her partner Mao Shi Hui, back in SEA Games 2017 held in Kuala Lumpur, so people are expecting a lot from Sherilyn and her team.

Cassandre Tubbs - Taekwando (Cambodia)

Cassandre Tubbs's IG posts has probably already knocked a few of you guys out, but if any dumbass still wants to mess with her, we suggest that you watch this video first because those kicks could knock someone's head off!

Here's a better view if your eyes weren't fast enough to catch those hands feet

Eliza Hui Hui Chong - Beach Volleyball (Singapore)

It wouldn't be much of a list if we didn't include at least one beach volleybelle. While there are A LOT of cute ones we'd want to include, Eliza Chong's smile just makes our heart rate spike just a little bit more.

To set you off on a good note, here's Eliza Hui Hui Chong reminding you to drink enough water!
